User Data Deletion Request
This page explains how users can request deletion of their personal data from Replyit.ai platform. We respect your privacy and provide easy methods to delete your data at any time.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
You can request deletion of the following data:
- Account Information: Your email, name, and account settings
- Platform Integration Data: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Email connection information
- Conversation Data: Message history and AI interaction logs
- Knowledge Base: Documents and content you uploaded
- Agent Configurations: Your AI agent settings and instructions
- Usage Data: Analytics and activity logs
How to Request Data Deletion
There are two ways to request deletion of your data:
Method 1: Delete Your Account (Self-Service)
You can delete your entire account directly from the dashboard:
- Log in to your Replyit.ai dashboard at /dashboard
- Go to Settings > Account Settings
- Scroll down to "Danger Zone"
- Click "Delete Account" button
- Confirm deletion by entering your password
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Method 2: Contact Support
If you need assistance or have specific deletion requests, contact our support team:
- Email: support@replyit.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request"
- Support Form: Submit a request via our support page
- Include: Your account email address and specific data deletion requirements
Important Information
Once your data deletion request is processed, it cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
Data Deletion Timeline
We process data deletion requests according to the following timeline:
- Immediate: Account access is disabled immediately
- Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from active systems
- Within 90 days: Data is removed from backup systems and archives
- Legal retention: Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., financial records for tax purposes)
Data Retention Exceptions
In some cases, we may retain certain data even after deletion request:
- Legal compliance requirements (tax records, audit logs)
- Fraud prevention and security purposes
- Resolving disputes or enforcing agreements
- Anonymized and aggregated data for analytics (cannot identify you personally)
Meta Platform Data (WhatsApp & Instagram)
For data collected through Meta platforms (WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Business API):
- WhatsApp Messages: Message history will be deleted from our servers. However, messages already delivered to you or your customers remain in WhatsApp's systems according to Meta's data policies.
- Instagram Messages: Instagram DM history will be deleted from our platform. Messages in your Instagram inbox are governed by Meta's data policies.
- Meta Business Account: Disconnecting platforms does not affect your Meta Business account. To delete data from Meta systems, visit Meta's data deletion page.
- Platform Tokens: API access tokens will be immediately revoked upon deletion request.
