Installation

Install ReplyIt Chat Widget

The plugin is available on WordPress.org. Install it directly from your WordPress dashboard or visit the plugin page below.

Navigate to Plugins

In your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins → Add New

  1. Download the plugin ZIP file from WordPress.org

Create Widget in ReplyIt

Before configuring the WordPress plugin, you need to create a widget in your ReplyIt dashboard.

Go to replyit.ai/dashboard and log in to your account

Navigate to Widgets section and click Create Widget

Configure Widget Settings

Set your widget name, customize colors, and configure the AI agent

Copy Credentials

Copy the Widget ID and API Secret - you'll need these for WordPress

After installation, configure the plugin by navigating to ReplyIt Chat → Settings in your WordPress admin.

Keep Your API Secret Safe

Never share your API Secret publicly. It's used to authenticate requests between your WordPress site and ReplyIt servers.

Domain Registration

For the widget to work on your website, your domain must be registered with ReplyIt. This ensures security and prevents unauthorized use of your widget.

In the sidebar, find the Domain Registration card and click Register Domain
